Good afternoon. My name is Jamie (James) Metsch. My wife, Kate Leavy, and I own and reside in a two family dwelling
at 18 Oliver St,Salem.
We operated a short-term rental in our second unit from approximately 2017-2020.Although we continued to register
the unit with the City in.recent years,we have not actively used, nor rented this space for a short-term rental since
March 2020. Family is currently occupying the unit,and has been since September 2020.
This email is in response to a letter received, reminding us to register our residence. I stopped into your offices to share
the above details.Was instructed to send this email.
