I received a letter from you stating I have a short-term rental and that I need to register and certify to avoid fines. I am
not renting the unit short term but am leasing long term. I spoke with Maureen,and she asked that I send this email to
have it on record. I think you are picking up the short-term rental status from the last unit owner. I purchased in
December 2020 and have had the same tenants since March 2021 when they moved in.
