Basement inspected all existing bait stations. Light feeding activity was found on all of them. Replaced bait as needed.Added 4 more
bait stations
#1 L inspected all existing bait stations upon arrival. Noticed moderate feeding in the stations behind the stove and next to fridge.
Replaced bait as needed.Added extra bait station under the sink and another one by the fridge.
#1 R went to the kitchen upon arrival. Placed bait stations behind the stove and fridge. Placed contrac packs behind stove and fridge
as well. Placed bait station under the sink.And one in the bathroom as well.
#2 inspected all existing bait stations upon arrival. No signs of feeding activity. Placed a pack of contrac behind stove and fridge.Also
added an additional bait station underneath the sink where I noticed some droppings.
#3 inspected all bait stations upon arrival. No feeding activity was found on stations.Tenant said he has not had any mice issues for
a few months. Did not see any signs of activity at this time.
