All surfaces will be given one coat of primer and one coat of paint o Clapboards - Behr Peppergrass N350-6 with Satin Enamel finish o Trim - Behr Palais White GR-W15 • Paint will be scraped from clapboards and trim • In-kind repairs of woodwork as needed • This work will be done in conjunction with window re-glazing which was recently approved by the Historic Commission (HCA-23-57 approved on 6/20/23) Non-applicable due to being previously approved paint colors and in-kind repairs and painting. Any material replacements will be in-kind. Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
