In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum Standards of
Fitness for Human Habitation, a re-inspection of your property located at 159 Bridge Street#2 was
conducted by David Greenbaum, Health Agent and Elizabeth Gagakis, Senior Sanitarian of the Salem
Board of Health on May 1, 2023.
All violations noted in inspection reports dated July 26, 2022, September 22, 2022, October 19,
2022, and March 13, 2023 have been corrected; however, one violation from March 13 could not be
accessed to check for compliance:
#4— Bottom sash of window in the common closet on the third floor does not stay in place. This
violation to be corrected within 7 days of receipt of this letter.
