Brittany Dove and Sarah Ragab,
80 Linden St
Salem, MA 01907
Dear Brittany and Sarah:
As you know, we were before the court earlier this week. The court didn't have time to
hear our motion for access and therefore that will be scheduled for another date.
In the meantime, there is no reason we need to wait for the Court to order you to allow us
access. The landlord is ready, willing and able to address all the items from the board of health
inspection. The work will be done by licensed professionals with advance notice to you and at
dates and times that are convenient to you as we previously explained to you. Once the work is
complete it will then be reinspected to confirm compliance with the state sanitary code.
The only reason the work is not done already is your refusal to grant access to the
contractor of the landlord's choosing. You have no say in who the landlord hires. The work
will be done by professionals in accordance with the state sanitary code and will be inspected
upon completion to confirm compliance.
As you are not justified and refusing access, if any condition gets worse or causes
additional damage to the property then we will hold you liable for such additional cost.

As soon as you are ready to provide access so the items can be remedied, please contact
your landlord with dates and times that work for you and she will work with your times when
practical or provide alternate dates for you to consider.
Sincerely
Kenneth C.Vining, Esq.
