I am applying to contruct a 28X8 dormer in the second floor of my home located at 10 Hillside ave,R1 Zoning district.The zoning
ordinance requires the mininum depth of the rear year to be 30 feet.The current depth of my rear yard is 25 feet.
For this reason,I am requesting:
