Presumably, the assessed value will increase thereby increasing the real estate tax obligation
I have no concerns about the proposed project being detrimental to the property or neighborhood. This addition will not affect traffic, safety, or parking and I believe the current utilities
are sufficient to support the expansion. There will be no effect on the natural environment or the character of the neighborhood as some residents have already executed similar additions.
