of work may change for any number of reasons, including but not limited to: hidden or otherwise unidentifiable conditions; increase in cost of materials; special
orders; availability of materials; additional work requested by the customer; additional work requested or required by the local inspectional services department; and
any other contingency that is unforeseeable or outside the control of JOLT Electric, Inc. A final invoice will be provided to the customer at the conclusion of
performance and the customer is responsible for the payment of the price reflected in that final invoice.
Estimates are valid for three months.
Payment is to be made within 30 days of the date on the Final Invoice. If payment is not made in full by that time, the customer is in breach of this
Agreement and the unpaid balance shall be subject to interest in the amount of 12% per annum, litigation expenses, and reasonable attorney fees.
Description Total
200A Service Upgrade:
Remove existing electric service.
Install new utility point of connection on front face above 2nd floor window by left rake board.
Install new 2" PVC service riser with 200A rated conductors to new location above front 2nd floor window by left rake board.
Install new 200A rated, disconnect type meter socket.
Install new 200A rated service conductors from meter socket to panel.
Install new 200A, 40 circuit panel with integral main breaker.
Install permanent, whole-house surge suppression unit at panel.
Run new grounding electrode conductor to water main.
Bond house water piping.
Pound 2 ground rods and connect to service equipment.
Install intersystem bonding terminals.
Label panel.
Coordinate work with utility.
Pull permit and obtain inspection.
General Notes:
This is priced as a stand-alone job.
The new point of connection and riser locations will need to be approved by the Historic Commission prior to the scheduling of
work.
The gas meter location still needs approval from the proper authority having jurisdiction.

Run new 4-wire thermostat cable to 1st floor thermostat location.
Install 24V transformer adjacent to zone relay board.
Install Common Maker at 2nd and 3rd floor thermostat locations.
Install owner supplied WiFi thermostat at each of the three locations.
