Upon inspection, the following were noted: 24-48 hours .550 1. Tenant had complaint of mice in unit.At the time of inspection, mouse droppings were observed in the kitchen pantry. Owner to hire the services of a licensed pest control operator to inspect and treat the unit for mice; treatments must continue until problem is abated. Tenant to comply with any and all requirements or recommendations from licensed pest control operator. Owner to correct this violation within 24-48 hours. 7 days .500 2. The side of.the;bathroom vanity is broken. Repair or replace so vanity is intact. Owner'to correct this violation within 7 days. 7 days .500 3. There is a hole in the floor under the bathroom sink. Investigate for source of leak or water infiltration and repair so issue does not reoccur; scrape and repaint any stained areas around the window.
