Upon inspection,the following were noted: 24-48 hours .550 Tenant had complaint of mice in the unit.At the time of inspection, mouse droppings were noted in several area of child's bedroom and in the corner of the vv kitchen. Owner to hire services of a licensed pest control operator to inspect and treat the entire building: inspections and treatments must continue until problem is abated. All maintenance recommendations from exterminator must be completed to assist in exclusion of mice and other pests. Please forward copies if invoices for extermination to the Board of Health for our records. Owner to correct this violation within 24-48 hours. 7 days .500 There is cracking and staining on the bathroom ceiling over the tub. Investigate for source of leaking and repair so leaks do not reoccur: repair and repaint the ceiling so it is intact and free from cracks and stains.
