Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance. Should the Commission determine after installation that the condenser and/or coolant lines are seasonally visible, the Commission will work with owner on appropriate mitigation to screen visible items. Upon completion of the above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
