On Thursday, June 19, 2003, I visited the above mentioned property with Mr. Kruse. The
house is clearly a single-family and the only appliance to indicate otherwise is an old
metal sink cabinet base added to a second floor room.
Mr. Kruse informed me that his proposed renovations would encompas the removal of
the sink base to make room for a master bedroom.
Even if the base was to remain, there are no separate doors or entrances that would
constitute a second unit.
