Dear Cheryl A. Lapointe:
I am writing to request that my property, 35 Cedarcrest Ave, Salem,MA be exempted
from all pesticide applications including Mosquito Spraying per CMR 333 13.00. This
property houses several honeybee colonies which will die if they are sprayed by
pesticide. The colonies are located on the left hand side of the property approximately 80
feet from the street. Please see the attached diagram. Please pass this information on to
the pesticide applicators. Thank You!
