In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum Standards of Fitness for
Human Habitation, an inspection was conducted of the above property on March 29, 2022.
Upon notification that this property is currently vacant, is in the process of being sold and is going to be owner
occupied going forward, this case is being closed by this office.
If at any time the property is to be rented to tenants, owner must contact this office and schedule a pre-
rental inspection to ensure compliance with the State Sanitary Code.
