Violation(,$) Based upon a tenant complaint a permitted inspection was conducted in accordance with Article II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon inspection, the following t. were noted: 24-48 hours .550 1. Tenant had complaint of cockroaches in the unit. At the time of inspection, there were dead cockroaches noted in sticky traps on top of the kitchen cabinets and some droppings in the lower cabinet to the left of the kitchen sink. Owner to hire services of licensed exterminator to continue inspection and treatments in unit: treatment must continue until problem is abated.
