I am writing on behalf of Hamilton Hall regarding the Nico and Elisa Hofmeester’s plan for their future fence at 9 Cambridge St running along the property line between Hamilton Hall
and 9 Cambridge St and for a short perpendicular distance running along the sidewalk. We support their plans and would be delighted if you approve of them, with the following requests,
with which the Hofmeester’s tell us they are in agreement:
1. Solid pickets to match the Hamilton Hall gate along the sidewalk
2. For the length running between the two properties, rails are to be on the 9 Cambridge St side of the fence (A good neighbor style fence with no rails is also fine).
