• Install new 4'or 5'tall wood fence with gate per locations shown on attached image with the following
options:
o Capped picket design with hidden posts to match design of Narbonne House at 71 Essex Street;
or
o Capped solid board design with fence sections to run over hidden posts similar to fence at 384
Essex Street.
• Applicant to submit final design details including hardware,dimensions,etc. and proposed color to
Commission for review and approval prior to fence installation.
Upon completion of work,please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
