An application is being submitted to the Board of Appeals for the following reason(s):
Applicant seeks a Special Permit to convert the present non-conforming commercial/retail use of about 1,800 SF of this structure to
another non-comforming use of food warehousing and refrigeration and freezing,shelf storage,coolers and basic office work. The FDC
is not a store nor open to the public.This use should be no more detrimental to the neighborhood than the existing retail and commercial
uses.
For this reason,I am requesting:
false Variance(s)from provisions of Section of the Zoning Ordinance,specifically from
LIMpJ A Special Permit under Section Section 3.3.2(Nonconforming Uses)of the Zoning Ordinance in order to Seek to use a portion of
