Pump Vault to consist of 6" of concrete over 8" gravel base with drain in the center.
High Water Drainage to consist of 18" gravel bed at level of bottom of Pump Vault.
High Water drain to pass below concrete slab in Pump Vault.
Backfill drainage pit to level grade for re-sodding.
Sump pit within fountain to be 6" concrete sides and bottom.
Backfill excavation when plumbing is installed and pour new basin floor and concrete
base for central fountain structure.
