Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is to confirm that on April 25, 2023 the lawyer for the owner of 97 Webb
Street, Jim Mears, informed the inspector, Jeffrey Barosy, that the occupants of 97
Webb Street Unit 1, Genevieve Montero and John Everett, Sr., have been evicted along
with their fellow occupants. The case involving the housing complaints made by the
former occupants has been closed.
Per city ordinance, the owner of 97 Webb Street is to acquire a Certificate of Fitness for
Unit 1 prior to new occupancy.
