o Repaint a portion of the rear of the house (not visible).
o The colors are exactly the same as existing - white trim and gray body color.
We are using the same paint formula to ensure an exact match.
Non-applicable due to work being in-kind. There will be no changes in color, material, design, location, or
outward appearance.
Upon completion of above work, please notify Historical Commission staff as final sign-off is required to
document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
