BECAUSE THESE ASSUMPTIONS CANNOT BE VERIFIED WITHOUT GREAT EXPENSE AND/OR DESTROYING SERVICEABLE PORTIONS OF THE BUILDING, THE DESIGNER SHALL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY UNFORESEEN CONDITIONS INCLUDING ANY HAZARDOUS MATERIAL.
