Salem, MA 01970 Dear Mr. Laroe: We are hereby applying for a Special Permit in accordance with section 9.4 to reconstruct, extend, alter, or change a nonconforming structure. The proposed change of the structure to include a shed type dormer shall not have a negative impact to surrounding neighbors of Mead Court or Buffum Street. There shall not have any obstructions of scenic views or any change of the current natural environment, including drainage. An adequacy of parking and utilities shall remain the same as there shall not be a change to the square footage or load demand for electricity and plumbing.
