set forth in the Historic District's Act (M.G.L. Ch. 40C) and the Salem Historic Districts Ordinance.

• Install 5” half round copper gutter on building façade (north) with gutter to be hung over existing fascia
molding which is to be preserved intact; and
• Install 3” round copper downspouts (2) on façade cornerboards with the following condition:
Applicant to provide photo and/or sketch of gutter installation detail to be reviewed by Commissioner Martinez
prior to installation.
Upon completion of work, please notify Historical Commission staff for final review and sign-off of
Certificate.
