Dear Health Department:
Thank you for your correspondence. Upon Mr. Barosy's inspection and our conversation with Mr.
Barosy,we let him know we had not noticed any indication of rodents on or around our property,this
complaint was a surprise to us. Immediately after Jeffrey Barosy visited our property,we contacted B&B
Pest Control. I did email Mr. Barosy the inspection report.
B&B Pest Control visited our property on Monday March 20,2023, B&B Pest Control inspected the
same area we inspected together with Mr. Barosy. In their report,which we included, you will find that
upon their inspection,they did not see any rodent droppings or burrows. However,B&B Pest Control did
place rodent treatments along the fence and perimeter of the building. B&B Pest Control indicated the
wooded area behind our property and the surrounding properties may be harboring rodents and wildlife.
They also indicated the construction taking place on Bridge Street in proximity to our property and the
surrounding properties may also be triggering increased rodent activity.
We already began cleaning out the debris which was dumped onto our property by unknown others
without our permission. This is also an ongoing problem where people dump garbage, debris, etc onto
our property and I would imagine surrounding properties as well. Any assistance from the City on this
matter would be greatly appreciated.
We will continue monitoring the area inspected by Mr. Barosy and B&B Pest Control for future possible
burrows/holes. We will work to fill any burrows/holes that are visible to us as we continue inspecting the
area.
