In accordance with Chapter II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000, Minimum Standards of Fitness for
Human Habitation, a re-inspection of your property located at 159 Bridge Street#2 was conducted by Elizabeth
Gagakis, Senior Sanitarian of the Salem Board of Health on August 25, 2022.
At the time of inspection it was noted that the following items have not been corrected:
#3—missing screens; owner installed expandable screens,which do not satisfy the requirements of
the code. Provide a full screen for both windows—screens must be installed between April 1 and October
30, both inclusive, every year.
All other items noted in the inspection report of July 26, 2022 have been corrected.
