Applicant's Description of Work: In June 2023, Florentine Renaissance Masonry will replace the gravel driveway at 28 Beckford
Street with brick and will level the granite front step.We will also repair or replace the damaged/missing trim on the bottom sides
of the front step with in-kind material. In addition we will continure with the clapboard scraping and painting project that we
started last year.The clapboard will be painted with the original color.
Statement of Conditions:
Replace gravel driveway with brick.
Level the granite front step, maintaining the original riser height and tread length, step profiles, and side walls.
Replace the damaged/missing trim on the bottom sides of the front step with same materials and style.
Upon completion of above work,please notify Historical Commission staff through permitting system as final
sign-off is required to document compliance with this Certificate and approved plans.
