Customer cooperation is vital to ensure the most effective solutions from service.Any conditions conducive to the breeding and harborage of pests covered by this contract are documented onsite inspection reports by the PMP to the customer,and are not corrected by the customer, Elite Pest Solutions cannot ensure effective services. If customer fails to correct the noted conditions within a reasonable period,any guarantee of the effectiveness of service will be terminated. S. Upon transfer of ownership of the structure and/or the business services may be continued upon request of the new owner. In addition, Elite Pest Solutions reserves the right to revise pricing upon transfer of ownership. 6. In case of non-payment or default, Elite Pest Solutions has the right to terminate this agreement. In addition, cost of collection including attorney fees,shall be paid for by the customer. 7. At the time of renewal both the customer and Elite Pest Solutions may change the agreement by modifying any provision.All parties must be notified in advance of any such changes and either party may decline to accept such a change by declining to renew this agreement. 8.
