Scope of work:
• Install tarps to protect lawn and any plants
• Remove & dispose of existing roof shingles and gutter
• Supply and Install 50 year GAF architectural shingles
o Color: Shakewood
• Supply and install 8" white Aluminum drip edge to all eaves and rakes
• Supply and Install 6' Ice and Water shield on all eaves
• Supply and Install 18" Ice and Water shield up all cheek walls
• Supply and Install new ridge vent
• Supply and Install new pipe boot vents
• Supply and Install 3' Ice and Water shield at all valleys
• Supply and Install proper flashing at all skylights
