pubGc hearing was continued at the request of the pedrioner to August 19, 20]5 and closed on this da�e with

]. In the petition date-stamped June 23, 2015 and recrised on August 3, 2075, the Peridoner requested
variances per Sec. 4.1.] Table of Dimensional Requirements to allow the consuvcdon of a rear
addiaon.
2. A public hearing for the peduon was opened on July I5, 2015 and continued to the nezt regularly
scheduled meeting on August 19, 2015 at the request of the applicant after a building code review
sho�ved that the ptoposed architectutal plans were non-compliant with the building code. I
