Violation s Based upon a tenant complaint a permitted inspection was conducted in accordance with Article II of the State Sanitary Code, 105 CMR 410.000. Upon inspection, the following were noted:. 24-48 hours .550 1. Tenant had complaint of bedbugs. At the time of inspection, two dead bedbugs were observed in the unit(daughter's bedroom). Owner to hire services of licensed exterminator to treat the unit in question and contiguous units to it; treatments must continue until problem has been abated. All tenants must comply with preparation for treatment and recommendations from the professional performing the services. Owner to forward copies of invoices for service to the Board of Health for our records. 7 days .500 2. There is evidence of some leaking in the spare bedroom, including some plaster cracking and stains above the inside of the door to the room. Investigate for leaks and make any necessary repairs: repair any damaged plaster and scrape/repaint so walls and ceiling are intact and in good condition. 7 days .500 3.
