Tech Comment: I completed a multi residential service today.The following units were serviced:
15-22 cockroach inspection:
Unit was treated on Tuesday,during Inspection I did not see any new signs of cockroaches !!!
15-23 cockroach Inspection;
Please schedule cockroach treatment far this unit during our next service
15-21 cockroach follow-up for inspection:
Did not see any signs of new cockroach activity.Tenant stated he has not seen any since the last treatment.

I Installed exclusion material to the Floor heater in the riving room,under the kitchen and bathroom sink.I could notaccess floor heaters in the f€
bedroom due to furniture.I Installed two rodent bait stations,one under the oven and one behind the living room couch to monitor.

We spoke t0 the tenant and she is still seeing mice and has recently caught one that I disposed of for her.All the visible gaps in her unit has been I
sealed.If you could have maintenance pull the entire dishwasher to see if there are gaps behind it.

I found bed bugs in the bedroom and her mattress.I recommend having it treated as soon as possible

j, 1 Inspected the kitchen In this unit and saw live roaches.I applied a liquid treatment above the cabinets,Inside the cabinets,behind the
stove/fridge,along the baseboard and in the bathroom cabinet and baseboards,1 applied a gel balt to the cracks and crevices of both the kitchen
and bathroom.
**2 week follow up recommended for treatment/inspection.
17-16 swarming ants:
Inspected this unit and saw a few dead swarmers and 1 Ave one.I did a spot treatment around the doorway and the sliding door where we were
seeing ants.
