Per our conversation enclosed,please find an application for a sign permit for the above
location along with drawings and photos. We are applying for two face replacements in the wall
sign only for"STARBUCKS". The wall sign is existing and there isn't any change to the copy.
Also please find the approvals of the landlord and a landlord authorization. Also enclosed a copy
of my construction supervisor's license. Our Insurance Company will be sending you a
certificate of insurance for you files.
We are installing two sign faces reading"STARBUCKS COFFEE"
I have also enclosed a copy of an email conversation I had with Andrew Shapiro stating we
would not need design review that he would accept the face replacements as is.
I have also enclosed check#22898 in the amount of$35.00, for the sign permit fee. If all is in
order please notify us by phone, and we will make arrangements to pick it up.
