Dear Sir/Madam,
This letter is to confirm that on January 30, 2023 the management office of 205
Highland Avenue informed the inspector, Jeffrey Barosy, by email that the occupants of
205 Highland Avenue Unit 1102, Theresa Ruggiero and Marissa Conners, have moved
out of the unit. The case involving the housing complaints made by the former
occupants has been closed.
Per city ordinance, the owner of 205 Highland Avenue is to acquire a Certificate of
Fitness for Unit 1102 prior to new occupancy.
