This letter is to inform you that the condominium association is aware that Joseph Kaye,
owner of 33 Warren Street is rebuilding his back deck. The rebuild project was discussed
at the association meeting on July 6 and it was decided that the owner of each unit is
responsible for designing their deck,obtaining permits,and paying for the project
themselves. Michael Greco, Licensed MA construction supervisor#CS-091413, will
do the work. The historical commission has issued a certificate of non-applicability. The
deck is being reconstructed to the original building design, in accordance with the
bylaws.

This letter is to inform you that the condominium association is aware that Joseph Kaye,
owner of 33 Warren Street is rebuilding his back deck. The rebuild project was discussed
at the association meeting on July 6 and it was decided that the owner of each unit is
responsible for designing their deck, obtaining permits, and paying for the project
themselves. Michael Greco, Licensed MA construction supervisor 4CS-091413, will
do the work. The historical commission has issued a certificate of non-applicability. The
deck is being reconstructed to the original building design, in accordance with the
bylaws.
