Hi David,
I am the Project Manager for the general contractor working on the 373 Highland Ave project for the new Tropical
Products location. Our site plan review/planning board decision included requirements for construction activity dust
level measurement and I was looking to coordinate a pre-construction activity meeting to review the testing
arrangement and reporting workflow with you and the Health Department. I have a vendor prepared to provide air
sampling for the PM-10 measurement and would like to have them discuss the equipment and sampling methodology
utilized to satisfy the requirements of the Health Department.
In addition I have attached the Construction Notice sent to the DEP Form BWPAO6 as requested.
I will be following up with you for submission of the exterminators invoice for the site, dust control plan,waste
management plan and noise level reporting in the near future.
