I have respectfully attached a copy of this plan for your reference. The owner is going to proceed with the construction of four dwellings on the approved lots. You have indicated that we should apply for a foundation permit for each lot separately. We are, therefore, filing the enclosed application for the first foundation permit with the understanding that the other three foundation permit applications will be submitted according to your direction. The intent, of course, would be to try to pour the foundations in a manner that is economical and timesaving for the developers; however, we will apply at this time, as requested, for the first foundation on the first lot (lot#733, formally lot 2).
