The Board respectfully requests a ruling as to legal status
of this lot, i.e. , whether this lot constitutes a legal
building lot under the zoning ordinance. The lot in question
was created by subdivision in 1973, and is shown on the
attached subdivision plan as lot 562B. Until 1979 it was
held in common ownership with lot 562C, at which time owner-
ship was transferred to Arnapet Realty Corp.
