The interior of the home was a mess, with articles of trash and clothing,animal feces and other debris strewn about. The bathroom had bare studs in the shower area an the smoke detectors throughout the dwelling were hanging down with batteries removed. The rear egress was obstructed with trash and debris making it unusable.The cellar bulkhead was not able to be secured which left the home open to the elements. Under the authority of the Mass State Building Code 780 CMR sections 116.1 through 116.3 1 declared the house dangerous and unsafe. I also am removing the occupancy permit for this property. It is unlawful to occupy this structure until such time as the code deficiencies are corrected and inspections are conducted. If you feel you are aggrieved by this order, your appeal is to the Board of Buildi8ngs , Regulations and Standards in Boston. I have taken the action of re-keying the property and having the rear bulkhead boarded up to secure the property. I also had a pile of rugs and foam rubber removed from the front of the property.
