Client proposing the addition to be equal to this bump out portico in the front which is already existing.. Kellie has a need for a larger kitchen to place a larger kitchen table and chairs allowing Kellie to also use this space as a home office. This home kitchen size is peculiar to the property built in 1960. A kitchen size for 8’x11’ size that is extremely limited to the standard size of kitchens of today. Taking the recent events which are causing more and more people to work from home. There is no danger, no harm to public safety and no adjustment to street parking. This will result in a home face that is a consistent set back as the portico which is already non conforming. And providing the space that kellie desperating requires with the recent changes in the workforce conditions.
