Ft, was required for a building lot. This was amended to 15,000 sq. ft, in 1974. The lot your father has owned since 1966 did in fact comply with the 1965 Zoning requirements. In view of the above, it is my finding that the lot in question, is a non conforming and buildable lot as outlined in Chapter 40 A Sec 6 of the Massachusetts General Laws (Zoning act) provided that the requirements of the law are met such as square footage (5,000 sq. ft. min) , (50 ft, frontage minimum) and that it has been in single ownership since April 1966. My work does not involve clients corning here nor does it involve an inordinate amount of mail or special deliveries or even trash pickup. l have a small P.O.Box for business related mail I receive. You mentioned a report of multiple UPS deliveries. I can only say my family members are avid Bbay,Amazon and on-line shoppers. Even still,that only accounts for deliveries by UPS once or twice a month and mostly during the holiday season.
