A 24 hour heavy trucking business is being operated out of a
residence at 21 Cedarcrest Ave . , Salem. At any hour of the night
I am awakened by the squealing brakes and loud tractor of an
18-wheeler on the steep hills of this residential area.
Please insure that all applicable ordinances are promptly
enforced to stop this disruption .
