To Planning Board Members : I request this Form "A" Approval for Mr. Dominic Ingemi at this time so that the portion of Lot 304 , titled Lot A, can become legally conveyable along with Lots 301 and 302 . Due to a misconception at the time of original sale , Mr. Ingemi purchased 301 and 302 and Lot "A" of 304 from his parents . This took place in May , 1943 . It was assumed at that time that 304 A & B was unregistered land. Therefore, only Lots 301 and 302 were registered in his name. Only recently has it come to light that Lot 304 was registered. This brings us to this point this evening.
