I strongly believe these improvements will be a great factor to the neighborhood and the city.The property will be renovated to all modern apartments with a beautiful layout including new appliances,countertops,cabinetry and materials.The property will be landscaped and add a clean fresh lookto the neighborhood.The city of Salemis growing and more people are moving to the area,I believe we need more housing to fulfill the demand. 1/2 4126/22,3:59 PM These improvements will not affect traffic flow nor safety as we will have proper parking for each unit as well as cater to a nurse/staff/travelnurse at the Salem hospital as tenants which area quick walk down the street. We will make sure that everything is done professionally,legally,permitting and that it would not affect any neighbors,drainage,etc. There will be no impacts to the natural environment.We will not be removing any trees,but we will add beautiful landscaping,flowers, etc. These improvements will improve the neighborhood character.There are some homes on the street that are not properly cared for and are not aesthetically eye catching.I believe that if every property owner did their part in taking care of their property whether it be renovations or as simple as cleaning up the front yard and planting some flowers,everyone would benefit and it would add to the beauty and charm of the city.
