70 Proctor PROPERTY LINE Letter10.19.22
Hi, my name is John Gillooly and live and own the property at 72Proctor St. Salem Ma. and I am challenging the present lot lines stacked out at 70 Proctor St.
I dropped off earlier today some documentation showing there was a purchase of an additional 6' of property back in Nov. 1950 along with a copy of the mortgage inspection performed by
Bay State Surveying Assoc. at 234 Cabot St. Beverly Ma dated 9/13/1993 when we purchased the land and home at 72 Proctor St.
We do not want a driveway or parking space on that side of our house.
