constructed as per the plans submitted,as the enforcement of said Zoning By-Laws would involve practical difficulty or unnecessary
hardship to the Undersigned and relief may be granted without substantially derogating from the intent and purpose of the Zoning
Ordinance.

I am respectfully asking for exception to the Zoning Ordanance to construct an addition to the back of my house at 11 Orleans Avenue.
The proposed change will not be more detrimental than the house. The poposed new addition will be designed inkeeping with the
existing cape style house.
